Q. Which Sardinia Sun is right for me?
A. For very pale skin we would recommend the medium gradual tan. For light-medium toned skin, we recommend the medium to dark shade tan. For olive toned skin, we recommend the dark to ultra dark tan.
Q. What is the difference between the Gradual Tan and the Mousse?
A. The Gradual tan has a cream like consistency, which provides buildable colour that is particularly suitable for fair skin tones. Our range of mousses can be used to create a darker, natural tan. Our gradual tan is very hydrating and perfect for dry skin. Mousse is super fast-drying on the skin and very easy to apply. It's dependant on what suits your skin type.
Q. How do I use the Tanning Drops?
A. Mix 2-6 Sardinia Sun drops into your favourite moisturiser in the palm of your hand, then apply evenly to the face/body. The more drops you apply, the deeper your glow will be. Wash hands thoroughly after application.
Q. What's the best way to prep my skin before I tan?
A. To get the best out of Sardinia Sun, exfoliate 24 hours prior to tanning. This will remove any dead skin and create the perfect base for your tan application. Moisturise dry areas such as hands, feet, knees, ankles and elbows prior to application.
Q. Are Sardinia Sun products vegan/cruelty free?
A. Our products are vegan friendly. All our products are 100% cruelty free, they are not tested on animals.
Q. Where is my delivery?

Q. Does Sardinia Sun protect me from sun exposure?
A. There is no sun protection in our Sardinia Sun products. It is important that you use a sun protection product with sufficient levels of SPF when exposing your skin to the sun.
Q. Pregnancy/Breast Feeding
A. It is safe to use Sardinia Sun when pregnant. We would advise our customers to do a patch test before self-tanning, as hormone levels can fluctuate throughout pregnancy. Please consult with your doctor before starting your tanning routine. Do not apply to the breast area if breastfeeding.
Q. Can you use it on dry skin/eczema/psoriasis?
A. We recommend Sardinia Sun to be used on healthy skin, so not to aggravate any existing skin complications. We would advise avoiding application of tan to any broken or very irritated skin.
Q. Should I do a patch test before first application?
A. We recommend always carrying out a patch test 24 hours prior to applying any tanning product for the first time. Apply a small amount of the tan behind the ear and leave for 24 hours. If no reaction occurs then it is fine to proceed with the tan application.
Q. My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?

Q. How long does a refund take to process?
A. Please refer to our refund policy for full details but based on bank transfers they can typically take up to and exceeding 10 working days for your bank to process.
